Granite counter top IS NOT JUST STONE, IT IS STATEMENT:
Durable. Granite counter tops are composed of a variety of minerals, each of which has specific performance properties. The hardest mineral commonly found in Granite counter top is quartz, which is normally a somewhat translucent, white to grey colored mineral. Scratch resistant. Unlike marble, granite will maintain its shine for 100’s of years and will not show wear from daily use.
